Question

map app will not function

I trail ride (horseback) and downloaded the Maprika app. It will not function on Iphone 13 Pro. Friend has same issue. Other riders using Maprika on different devices (apple or android) will function. I have deleted app and reinstalled numerous times, checked my settings etc. Any help would be appreciated. TU
