Account disabled in App Store and iTunes

Hello! I had a s***@hotmail.com account in the app store, and it was blocked, I waited a 24 hours to unlock, and now I have to wait 48 hours again, please send me instructions, my son cannot use an iPhone where there is family access, because my account blocked!

I can’t delete from my son phone account, because is blocked! You promised instructions after 24 hours, where is it? I can't use the app store, I don't have backups, phone numbers are gone too! Please help to unlock 🙏🙏🙏

If your account is disabled, it usually means that there is an issue with a defaulted payment. This requires you to speak directly to Apple. No one here has access to your account.

In the link choose App Store>Apple ID & iCloud>Your account has been disabled...
