White spots on my new macbook pro apple logo
I recently purchased this new m2 14” macbook pro, and im noticing these spots on the logo that won’t go away after cleaning. Does anyone know if this is common or something to be worried about? Thanks!

Thank you ro the photo.
Why did you Clean this with?
This is common, if you used unsafe cleaning materials (corrosion has likely occurred). So, what did you use to clean this? You should have used electronic wipes, or microfibre cloths.
"Thanks for the reply. This happened before attempting to clean it, I tried to clean these spots off. I used isopropyl and also tried distilled white vinigar which I researched and read that was safe"

You are welcome.
Back Up and then Get a New Mac:
These precuts contain oil, and corrosion is likely to occur. So, I'd say get the data off of your device by backing it up as a Time Machine Backup. Then transfer it to a new Mac though use of Migration Assistant. This Mac is likely to fail.
