Exported video much shorter than preview

I have been working with FCP for a while and it has never happened before to me, I am not even sure how to search for help so here I am.

I have edited a 35 min long video for my YT Chanel, after sharing my video with my YT preset from Compressor (I use it all the time) it fails at random points. The first try was all well up to minute 9 then it froze and crashed. Second time it only lasted 5 seconds before the froze and crash. Both audio and video stop working. Not a frame rate issue, they are all in 60fps. Transitions are also at 60 fps and made in Motion (also use them all the time). The file does weight the 18 GB it says it will be prior export. The video timeline does mark the 35 minutes long but if I upload the file to YT it only recognize the time we’re the video is actually working (9 min and 5 sec respectively)

any idea what’s going on ?

Don’t forget to delete preferences anytime there is a crash.

Turn off background render. Delete render files. Export without rendering. If the issue persists, there may be some issue with some of the media. You may try the divide and conquer method: try to export about half the project, and so on, to zero in on the problem media.
