Weather app not working

Current Issue with the Weather App:

A. There is a Bug at this Moment:

As of this reply, there is an issue at this an moment with the Weather app. So, you'll just have to wait it out for a few. See this Link: Apple - Support - System Status

B. Screenshot: Click "Weather" at the very bottom-right corner.

It’s curious how the app has a link to report an issue and then implies without knowledge the problem is with your network instead.

As if it can’t somehow ask the OS if the device is online, and respond with a smarter response, such as a link to this community.

Do better, Apple.
