Apple pencil not connecting
So I tried pairing my Apple Pencil tried to screw it nothing worth reset my iPad and also turned off and on my bluetooth but nothing does this mean my Apple Pencil is broken?

If nothing I mentioned above works, then yes, I'd say it is broken.

Perhaps. Apple Support is not necessary 100% of the time. If you are having Apple Account issues, then always contact Apple Support. Elsewise, you can just ask the question here. If you are asking about AppleCare, then (IMO) I recommend you get one, for expensive devices and accessories.
