Spam folder not on my IPhone 11?
I have a Spam Folder on my IPad but NOT on my iPhone 11. So junk/spam goes to my iPad but not to my iPhone???

"Spam" Folder:
The folder names are based on the account. So, are these the same account you are looking at? Note that not all eMail providers have a folder titled "Spam".
