Connecting a midi breath controller with Bluetooth to GarageBand - the Carry-on wind instrument

I have digital wind instrument, its also a bluetooth midi controller, but I can't get Settings/Bluetooth or Garageband midi settings to see it on my Mac Mini M2.

I can get it working fine on GarageBand on my phone, but the Mac does not recognising it in pairing mode.

Launch Applications > Utilities > Audio MIDI Setup.
From the Window menu, choose "Show MIDI Studio"
In the MIDI Studio window, click the Bluetooth icon at upper right.
Put your instrument in pairing mode. It should show up in the list of MIDI Bluetooth Devices.
Click the "Connect" button. Now it should be available as an input device to Garage Band.
