connect with zoom

How do I connect my new Beats Studio Buds to work with zoom calls and webinars on my mac? They are paired in the bluetooth settings for both the bluetooth list and in System Preferences. ITunes opens as a default when I open the Buds case. I can't find a way to connect to zoom audio, though.

Hey Ulysses6,

We'd be happy to help out. This sounds like a Zoom specific issue. If you've already got your Beats Studio Buds paired with your Mac, you'll just need to adjust your Zoom settings to account for your Beats Studio Buds to be the input and output source.

For help, check out the steps provided by Zoom Support:

Check audio settings
1. Sign in to the Zoom desktop client.
2. Click your profile picture, then click Settings  .
3. Click the Audio  tab.
4. Under Speaker, you can do the following:
* Test your speaker.
* Select the speaker you want to use in the drop-down menu.
* Use the Output Volume slider to increase or decrease the output volume.
5. Under Microphone, you can do the following:
* Test your microphone.
* Select the microphone you want to use in the drop-down menu.
* Use the Input Volume slider to increase or decrease the input volume.

This is all outlined further here: Troubleshooting speaker or microphone issues in the desktop client - Zoom Support

We hope this helps out.

Take care!
