iPhone 14 Pro Max | Issues Sending Large Photo and Video Files (via anything)

Hello,

I just upgraded to the iPhone 14 Pro Max. I use my phone for photography and work, so I have it set up to always shoot in RAW, the plan being to immediately offload them to one of my storage clouds like Dropbox, Google Photos or iCloud.

To my surprise and disappointment, the phone is NOT wanting to send large photo files to basically anything. I select the photos to send, press the send icon, and choose the cloud. Then nothing. The screen "refreshes" for a split second, like it was ABOUT to do something, but returns to the send options screen. I was finally able to send one at a time through the gmail app, but the large files refuse to be sent to google drive or dropbox.

This is ABSURD. I spent way too much money on this phone, SUPER stoked about all the camera options, and now the phone fails at the most basic task. What gives? Is there a solution to this yet? Where can I report this as a feature request?
