Since I started using the Apple Watch 8 with iPhone 14 I can't change the watch passcode. The turn passcode off and change passcode functions are disabled (gray out). I don't have any company or school accounts enabled on my iPhone, it’s a personal device. The only way I found to fix it was resetting, but I don’t want to reset the watch every time I need to change my passcode. Could you help me?

Try turning off Screen Time on the iphone. If that allows you to change the passcode you'll have to look through the Screen Time account settings.
