MagSafe battery pack fully charged how long should it hold charge before being used?

When you fully charge your MagSafe battery pack and put it in your bag for use when you need it, how long does the charge stay in the battery?

I charged mine fully on Saturday, put it on my iPhone today and the MagSafe battery was dead, no charge left in it.

is this normal?

Hey there bluezelos,

While the battery health of any device does degrade over time, along with drain over time, we agree that is a bit fast for the time frame you described, especially since you fully charged it and haven't used it in those two days.

With the above in mind, we'd like to learn more about what's happening, along with ruling out some possible causes:

How long ago did you purchase the battery pack?
When did you notice this starting to occur with it?
Are you certain that your iPhone and battery pack didn't accidentally connect while in your bag, or are they in separate compartments in the bag you used?
