Magsafe Battery Pack not charging my phone

I have had my Mag safe battery pack for less than 6 months, and it will not charge my phone anymore.

I have charged it a few times already, I know the charger is working since it shows a green light when plugged into plus I use it with my other devices. When placed on my phone it recognizes it but the battery pack appeared empty.

Also, I does appear to charge when I plug the charger into the battery pack and to the phone, so it seems like the battery is not holding the charge.

Pretty lame for a $100 device.

It may be possible that your MagSafe is defective. Apple provides a one year warranty against manufacturing defects. You will need to have an Apple Technician examine the MagSafe to see if this is the case ... and, if found that this is the case, you may find that you can get a replacement for little or no cost to you.
