Phone getting hot and shutting down

Good night,


I recently purchased an iPhone 14pro Max sometimes in December of last year. However for the past couple of day I have been experiencing heat issues and my phone keeps shutting down. Is it possible for me to take it in to an Apple Store and check on the issue or the get a replacement?

You certainly can (and should) take your phone to your local Apple Store to have it evaluated. Whether or not, they will provide you a replacement will depend on what they find. Since it has been more than 14 days since you purchased it, it will still be covered under the standard hardware warranty which basically covers for any issues related to a manufacturing defect.
