i have my macbook air m1, i decided to check the coverage on my support site and showing "We're sorry, but we’re unable to find your coverage information at this time. Please try again later.” but if i check on a website called icheckcoverage there is a purchase date and a coverage warranty date showing on my macbook air m1. please help and resolve the problem. thanks.

Contact Apple Support:

All that is having issues appears to be the Weather app as of this post: See this Link: Apple - Support - System Status. So, contact Apple Support, asking them where this all stands. Elsewise, try it again later, as instructed.

Verifying a Genuine Mac:

  1. Get the Serial Number: Find your Mac Model Name and Serial Number - Apple Support
  2. Enter the Serial Number here: https://checkcoverage.apple.com/.
  3. View the Results: If all shows up as the same model, then you are fine. If not, then something is wrong here, and a red flag should be made, and that is likely why you are getting the issue of device coverage.
