I have 256GB on my Iphone and I have activated the optimized iphone storage for photos in my icloud 200 GB plan. My iphone storage is full with 215 GB of photos and videos while the icloud storage is only half full… is it rasonable?.

Troubleshooting iPhone Storage:

Try Removing Data from the iPhone itself...
