iPhone 11pro wide angle doesn’t work

Recently my wide angle camera function stopped working and when I open the camera app it automatically pops into 2x and only allows me to zoom out to 1x but not. .5,I’ve updated to latest iOS, restarted phone, closed and reopened camera still know luck. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, I use the wide angle for work all the time.

iPhone 13 Pro Max camera zoom issue Whenever I try to take pictures on the regular photo mode, the zoom only goes from 1 to 5. There is no 0.5 zoom being shown. When in portrait, it’s stuck on 3x and everytime i try to go to 1x, it doesn’t allow me to. I have an Iphone 13 pro max. Sometimes I’ll get a message in my settings saying that the camera is doing this due to a aftermarket part installed, however i never installed anything and my phone is the same as factory. what shall i do?
