I bought a MagSafe Duo Charger about 2 months ago and have only unplugged it once last week. After I plugged it back in, it has been charging my Apple Watch super slowly (about 8% in 2 hours). What’s the problem?

The power adapter mentioned above are also made by Apple, but they provide more amps for the use with the MagSafe Duo Charger.
Does your Apple Watch charge faster, if you use the charging adapter that came with the Apple Watch, and are you using the 5V/1A power adapter, that used to come with the older iPhone models, for example?
Thanks a lot for the info! I’ve been using a 5V/3A or 9V/2.22A. I just tried charging my watch this morning and it turned out to be fine once again. I guess I’ll never know why it was so slow in the past few days…
No. I’m using Apple cable and plug. Everything original.
Sorry I mean I’m using the original cable and plug for my iPad.
