Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities.


To address this behavior with your Beats, make sure that your Beat are receiving adequate power by using the cable that came with your Betas and try charging from a different power source. If the issue continues, reset your Beats.


Reset Solo3 Wireless
1. Hold down the volume down button and the power button for 10 seconds.
2. Solo 3 Wireless buttons
3. When the Fuel Gauge flashes, release the buttons. 
Your headphones are now reset and ready to be set up with your devices again.



You can find these steps in Reset your Beats on-ear or over-ear headphones - Apple Support.


Contact Apple Support for ongoing behavior or you can find a local service location.
