Beats Solo 4 will not charge above 82 percent

Beats Solo 4 will not charge above 82 percent. When plugged into a charger, the red light does not flash. I have reset the Solo 4 (volume down, hold power button for more than 10 seconds) with no effect--red light does not pulse and charge does not go above. 82%.

So, the beats will not charge above 82% from a wall charge regardless of the time connected. But, when charged by a usb-c port on my MacBook Air (15” M3) the headphones will fully charge with the appropriate light indicator on the beats—flashing red when charging and white when charged.

Try and charge them for a prolonged period of time to see if the issues persist
