new out of the box Beats Flex are not charging
My brand new Beats Flex are not charging, when connecting the charging cable the flash red and white but then flash white and don't charge. Is there a way to fix this or is it a defect?

You can try resetting them, but if that doesn't help, and since you just got them, you have 14 days from the purchase date to return them to Apple for either a full refund or a replacement pair.
