Solo Beats 4 not charge but connect to phone

Solo 4 Beats not charging despite connecting to my iPhone 16 and the white light shows up but when i plug it up the red light doesn’t show up i can hear and everything it’s just not charging and they are brand new

Use a different USB-C charger AND a different cable

Use:

A USB-C PD charger (like iPhone, iPad, or MacBook charger)
A data-capable USB-C to USB-C cable

Avoid:

Fast-charging-only cables
Very thin “cheap” USB-C cables
USB-A to USB-C cables (often fail with Beats Solo 4)

Plug in → leave connected for 10 minutes.
