Welcome to Apple Support Communities. The information below may help you gain access to those apps.


The apps may be offloaded which means the app is removed however, the app's data is still there. If you tap the Redownload button (iCloud icon), the app should restore and you should be able to open it from the Home Screen


Another way to reinstall offline apps is by going to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > tap an app you're experiencing an issue with. You should see the option to reinstall the app.
