will I be able to install billings app on mt macOS Catalina or do I have to upgrade to macOSVentura

can I install the bilingsapp on my MacPro(13", 2020) (presently running- OSCatalina? because the aforementioned app is only downloading on my iPhone and nor on my MacPro lap top.... or do I have to upgrade to macOSVentura.?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

If the application was only developed for iOS (iPhone) or iPadOS, then it is not compatible with any version of macOS, and the developer would be able to tell you if they provide a 64-bit macOS version and which version of macOS it is compatible. Start there.
