Horipad Ultimate Wireless game controller

When I turn on my own controller, the lights do not come on and when I plug it into the charger, the lights do not come on again.

My Nintendo Switch Lic Pro Controller won’t connect I have done the proper things to connect my Nintendo Switch Lic Pro Controller and I have even pressed the button to connect it and it shows to have connected on my iPhone which has been updated to the iOS 16.6 update but the lights on my controller are still flashing. Why?
