My youngest turned 13 last year. His iPhone still won’t allow him to download Netflix or HBO Max. 12+ is the age limit set, but only under 12 apps will download. It’s as if the phone is not recognizing that he is aging. I can’t find anything to “fix” on his phone or mine. I even removed all parental controls to test, and it still wouldn’t download Netflix. Anyone have suggestions?
