Are security questions still used?

I was following the article below on how to change security questions and I'm not even seeing that as an option. Have they been phased out in favor of 2FA?

  • After you reset your security questions, you might want to set up two-factor authentication instead. It's the best way to keep your account secure, and you won't need to remember any security questions. 


If you have set up two-factor authentication you won't need to remember any security questions.
