Ipad Storage

Hey There,

In iPad storage section CollaNote app is showing data and document and on my app is also calculating the same document and data. Why iPad is calculating the same data twice in storage if it’s in app then the app size be increased not on my iPad section!

iPhone Storage Discrepancies I deleted an app (video editing) that held 10 GB. But before deleting, I tried erasing most of the files I had on the app to see if it would make a difference on my storage in the Settings app. It did not. It remained to hold 10 GB even though I deleted a majority of the files on the app. So I decided to delete said app from the Settings app, thinking I would be free of 10 GB from my storage. I was not. Upon deleting the app, it increased my storage space by 2 GB only. I also calculated all of the storage values that each app held, you know the numbers we're shown on the Settings app? And I got a total of 106.5 GB. But according to Settings, I had 123.2 GB of 128 GB used. How do I fix this?

iPhone storage has a category called calculating... When I look at my iPhone storage it works fine and comes up with the categories and shows me how much apps all normal but it also has another category called Calculating... and I did think it would be calculating the storage but it seems to stay there no matter how much time I wait I have 32gb and it is visible that it is taking up nearly 1/4 of it as I only have 30gb left. Is there a fix?

iPad Storage Settings > General > iPad Storage … indicates that some apps are offloaded even though they're not . The symbol of the cloud with a downward arrow is not on the icons on the Home Screen and they function just fine ?

For something like that you'd want to reach out to the app developers directly. They will be best suited to look in to that with you and see if this is expected and what options you have.
