I was suddenly forgot my passcode. Now I can access my phone again after "Erase phone". But I cannot access some of my data including all the photos because I still forgot the passcode before. What to do ?

Since you erased your phone, the photos are only available if you were using iCloud or a a computer to make a backup. If you were using iCloud, they should have reappeared when you logged in with your password (not the same as the iPhone passcode).
