Migrating Health app data to an Android phone

I have an iPhone with Health app data for over 7 years. Is it possible to move the data to an Android phone? If so, may I know how, and into what Android app? I've researched a lot, but while I know data can be exported in XML format, I do not know how to import it into an Android app like Google Fit. Thank you!
