Are there models of iPhone 14 Pro Max that are not eSIM compatible?

I have one and my network provider cannot change my number from physical sim to eSIM which has just been launched.

Apple failure to warn about lose of dual active phone lines before converting to esim I had two active phone lines on my iphone mini 12, one esim and one with a physical sim card. The option to convert the sim card to esim appeared and I did that conversion assuming that i would still be able to use both lines now as esim which is not the case. Why didn't apple added a warning message to inform about this limitation before converting a line to esim? Now I cannot have both lines active and only one can be used while the other is disabled which is a major problem for me. This is a major failure from apple regarding the iphone 12. I found that the iphone 13 and later can handle two esims at the same time, why is this not the case with the iphone 12? This looks more like a software limitation by apple than a real hardware limitation in this phone model. In any case, apple should clearly warn the user that by converting a line to esim the dual lines feature will be lost.

All iPhone 14 and above sold out of the USA has both eSIM and Physical SIM.

eSIM on iPhone is not offered in China mainland. In Hong Kong and Macao, iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone SE (2nd and 3rd generation), and iPhone XS feature eSIM. Learn about using Dual SIM with two nano-SIM cards in China mainland, Hong Kong, and Macao.

Thank you for the prompt response. By "not supported in China" you mean iPhone 14 sold in China is not eSIM capable?
