Cannot grant access to any features in system settings

Hello, I have a problem regarding granting access to features such as camera and microphone to apps that requested for access, for example, Google Chrome and Zoom. They instruct me to allow access via settings, but the apps do not show up at all in the settings under each feature as seen in the picture. Please help me address this issue. Thank you!

Remove the Zoom Application s per Developers Instructions.

Re-download again and Stop there

When you Click the Installer Application of Zoom be alert, for Pop Up Notification to " Allow " or " Deny" Access to the Camera and Microphone

The two above category Camera and Microphone are predicated on Access to the Built-in Camera and Microphone.

If using an External Video Device or External Microphone - that is outside of my knowledge base to assist

From my limited experience in this matter.

The Application Itself when opened, Must Request Permission to access these Setting

This will normally be presented by a Pop Up Notification where the User ( you ) must " Deny " or " Allow " Access

At Least that is what has occurred on 2 different Apple Computers running Ventura 13.3 and allow Carbon Copy Cloner application and grant " Full Disc Access "
