Mac mini settings options cannot be selected or changed

In many cases, you must click a right arrow or a grey "info circle" to the right of a setting name (or even a disclosure triangle) in order to access individual settings.

Also, many settings can only be changed from an Admin account.

If this doesn't address your situation, please post a screenshot to show us what you mean by "have no switch."

Hmm.. Are you logged into the Mac's Admin. Account, that has full access to the System Settings..?

Or.. Into a Standard/Guest User Account, that does not have access to all of the System Settings..?

The right side of the panel is missing from your screenshot.

Grayed out switches in a section, are caused by a setting selection in another section of the Settings.
