How to stop an iTunes subscription?

Hi, I'm having a problem with an active itunes subscription that I'm not using. Almost every day I get messages about the amount charged to the mobile operator for my monthly plan. Please help me because I pay crazy money every month for something I don't use and I can't stop. Representatives at your stores tried to stop him but were unsuccessful. I hope it was a mistake and not a hacker scam. Please stop this subscription immediately!

And if the charges don’t show on your Apple billing and subscriptions for all of your Apple IDs, then contact your carrier as the charges or fraud or scam or whatever this is more involves the carrier more directly.


If the charges don’t show here, then it’s not your Apple ID(s) making the charges, which likely means somebody has tied their charges to your mobile billing: Subscriptions and Billing - Official Apple Support
