iOS 16.4 Terms & Conditions Freeze

iOS 16.4 was installed on my iphone 13. I cannot access the New iCloud Terms and Conditions to begin reusing iCloud. The screen freezes. Rebooting, signing out of iCloud, turning on Airplane Mode is not working.

16 Pro Max Freezing and Laggy I Went through the transfer via iCloud earlier today and had multiple issues with it freezing and not responding. Several times it would go to the black screen and white spinning wheel. Once it finished, I continued having issues with it not responding. Now when I go to delete apps, the phone completely freezes and has to be rebooted. Is anyone else experiencing similar issues?

Unable to accept iCloud terms and conditions on my iPhone Like many people it appears, I am unable to accept terms and conditions as required. I click “continue” then the spinning circle that either spins endlessly OR spins the stops, then it still says continue but the link is not active and the back button is greyed out so I have to close the app. Phone is iPhone 6s It is maximally updated to iOS 15.8.3. This is as high an update possible for 6s. What I’ve tried and it did not resolve the issue: shut down phone, restart log out of iCloud, shut off phone, restart phone, attempt to accept conditions. Didn’t work, logged back into iCloud, tried to accept, didn’t work. turn off WiFi, attempted to accept while using data I looked through this community and on Reddit, but have not found a solution. You did a good job going through the steps of enabling and disabling Airplane Mode. Please also try the steps from this article, and let us know if it helps: If your iPhone won't turn on or is frozen

If you continue to experience the same issue, try the following steps below:

Check for any updates for your iPhone: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If there are updates available for your iPhone, be sure to back up the device before updating: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
