Hmm, let’s consider the envelope sizes shown in your screenshot. I notice the following:

• Four sizes are shown. Yet your printer’s guide from Epson lists only one size - #10. See Technical Specifications- Paper Specifications here: https://files.support.epson.com/docid/cpd3/cpd39381/index.html
• Choukei 3 and Choukei 4 are Japanese envelope sizes.

What other pertinent facts might we be missing regarding your setup?

We understand you're no longer seeing an option to print in ledger from your iPhone or iPad. We'd be happy to provide information about this.

The options presented for printing depend on the document you're printing, for example, when printing a photo, you will not see a ledger option. When printing a PDF, you'll see different paper size options.
