Cannot upgrade my ancestry subscription app purchase through the App Store so Ancestry direct won’t support

Cannot upgrade my ancestry subscription

purchase via the app store

ancestry cannot upgrade as purchased via 3rd party

all the virtual advice hasn’t helped

no option to modify subscription in account settings

when I choose the upgrade I just get an error saying option is not supported

is the a contact email address for the App Store support?

iTunes support came to a dead end
