Share iCloud Photos without edit I don’t want to create a shared photo album on iCloud. I just want to allow family members to view and download any photos in my full photo collection on iCloud. I don’t want them editing or commenting etc, just the facility to see what they like and download them to their own iPhone or Mac and hence to their own iCloud account. This should be easy right?

if i am in family sharing but have my own icloud if I turn on icloud photos in my settings saying it will automatically upload my photos in icloud on any of your devices will it go to people in my family sharing icloud plus if my iPhone is connected to family sharing

From what you've shared it sounds like you're looking to create shared photos. The best method to do this can be found here: How to use iCloud Shared Photo Library - Apple Support

Otherwise, there is not a method to access photos on another device without them first being shared with you.
