Hello, I have a problem with my Mac desktop folder. The icon is not showing on the screen and the Command+Shift+D shortcut is not working. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I appreciate any help or advice. Thank you.

Try booting into Safe Mode then restart normally. Sometimes that will fix anomalies.
FWIW, CleanMyMac is a known "bad actor" and often causes various issues. You should uninstall it according to their instructions but the damage may already have been done.
On the account with the problem, select the Home folder, press command i, and check the Sharing & Permissions settings. What are they?
Just to add, have you updated Ventura to 13.3.1? If not try that.
The only way to fix this issue is reinstalling macOS ?

Was the user that's working created after you noticed the problem or it always worked?
It always worked.
It sounds like something corrupted the user account that is not working. Are you running CleanMyMac or an Antivirus app?
I use Onyx and Cleanmymac
I reinstalled macOS Ventura but issue is not resolved.
How Can I copy all my data to a new created user without this bug (finder settings)?
