There is no SIM card installed on the phone. The phone will not update until the SIM card is installed.
We assume that you have a good strong Wi-Fi Internet connection and the battery is fully charged, correct?

That is how it has Been showing me
But I tried it even when there was a SIM card inside the phone but it’s still the same thing
