Email body content not loading to mail on computer (yes I have deselected all the privacy options in mail settings)

Email content such as newsletters are loading the email header, but not body content is loading. On my phone I can see it, but on Mac mail it is simply not there. I have now had this happen with a few emails from different sources (Gmail, and .mac email account)

I have seen a few threads regarding this, but have yet to see a solution.

(yes I have deselected all the privacy options in mail settings and I am not running any third party privacy apps or VPN, etc...)
