pressing a macbook screen.
Hi.
I recently bought a new macbook and was putting a screen protector on it because I'm really prone to scratching or smudging my device screens. I ended up with lots of air bubbles this time and had to press on it with the card it came with as well as my fingers to try and get the air bubbles out. It wasn't too aggressive and more like a gentle pressure, but now that i think of it I think this could be damaging to my macbook screen. Maybe I'm overthinking because it really wasn't all that aggressive, but can anyone please reassure me that this is just me overthinking, or will this actually damage the screen?
I recently had to replace my old macbook because the logic board got fried on its own without me doing anything to it and now I can't help but feel paranoid and overthink that even the smallest thing can cause my macbook to self-destruct.
thanks.
also people are saying that putting a protector on it will ruin the anti glare coating or something.
If I just take the protector off now, would it have already damaged the screen.
Sorry if this is an overwhelming post, but I'm still very jarred from how my old macbook just died, so..
thanks again.
