I want Apple Photos to allow us to MOVE images instead of COPY images.

1. You'll need to clarify your terms. Are you referring to the Photos application on your Mac? I ask as you don't say, but are posting in the Photos for Mac forum, but mention Android for comparison.
2. Folders in Photos do not contain photos. They can contain albums, but only albums can contain actual photographs. So you can't "move" images to a folder, you can add them to an album
3. At a guess: you're referring to the idea that you should be able to remove images from the library view when you add them to an album. Well, if this is the case, that's just not possible. Every image is in the Library, albums are a subset of the library. You never move the images. When you create an album and add images to it, you're simply telling the app to display a group of images together. So, images added to albums, photos are never moved into folder. It's a photos application, not a file browser.

That said, I'm not really sure what app you're referring to on which OS or Device. When you can clarify these things then tell Apple what you want at the feedback option:

There is no copy. You have a photo in the library. When you add it to an album no copy is made. It's just added to a list of "show these photos together". Delete the photo from the library and it is deleted from the Album as well.

What you are referring to is a back up, which is a copy on another device or disk. The OP is not referring to this.

I believe that Apple gives you a copy of it so if you lose your original, it’s not just calling into the abyss, but if you like having the format of an android device, then you might wanna get an android device as well. I personally like having a copy because you never know when a phone gets lost or stolen Right now I missing a phone that’s a problem having duplicates of the same picture to me. Sounds more like a bonus not a problem.
