How to connect my MacBook Air M2 to my office Windows server?

Cannot Connect to macOS Ventura on LAN I have the following computers running on the same LAN: Mac Studio M1 Ultra, macOS 13.0.1 (MS) MacBook Air M2, macOS 13.0.1 (MBA) MacBook Pro Retina Late 2013, macOS 11.7.1 (MBP) Dell XPS 13 Plus, Windows 11 Pro (DELL) I can see all of them on the network and I can connect between MBP and DELL in either direction. I can also connect from MS or MBA to MBP or DELL. However, I can neither connect to MS or MBA from MBP or DELL, nor connect between MS and MBA. When I click on MS or MBA from another computer to connect I get an error message, such as "the server may not exist or is unavailable", or "the network path does not exist". The settings on MS and MBA are similar to those on MBP. Please refer to the attached screenshots. In summary, I cannot get access to my Mac Silicon Ventura computers via LAN from any other computer on the same network. For MS and MBA: I followed the instructions in the Apple articles: If you can’t connect Mac and Windows computers and If your Mac can’t connect to another computer ad litteram, to no avail. The Public Folder is shared, 'Share files and folders using SMB' is set to On The Firewall Options 'Automatically allow built-in software to receive incoming connections' is set to On and 'File Sharing (SMB)' is set to Allow incoming connections. What am I missing here? Any suggestions on what I should do to be able to connect to MS and MBA via LAN will be appreciated. Thanks!

Both pc and Mac air are connected to same network. Running transfer app on both, but they are not connecting.? What do I do to establish a connection and transfer files? How do I get pc and Mac to connect?

how to directly connect macbook m2 with 2011 macbook air All my costly Adobe programs are on my Macbook Air mid 2011, which I now use infrequently since I retired, but I still do the occasional job. I don't want to update the OS Sierra 10.12.6 software because then the Adobe programs will not work. I now work on a new M2 Macbook Air. How can I connect these two quickly and easily to exchange files?
