JBL M3 Mini disconnecting

Yes, from day one, it came without a Manuel even, order through a mail order company called Daraz. Since yesterday that I started using it, it shuts down itself after a few seconds of playing. I also did n to know how to shut it down, you have to press from the bottom and there are 3 blue little lights, that keep flashing.. so I gave up. Then I though it might have less battery power, so charged it. After again I used it but not for long...and the volume is poor. But I see it is connected to my Bluetooth on my Mac Air model 2015 13 inch on Big Sur. But it keeps disconnecting. Thought it was malfunctioning until I cooled it and saw the problems with JBL speaker being discussed on the forum about Flip 4 or something....same issues.
