I forgot My MagSafe 3 charger and am trying to use the usb c charger to charge my m2 MacBook. It says it’s charging but it’s not turning on help!

What USB-C charger are you using? What Wattage rating does it have?
If the charger is smaller than the one which shipped with the laptop, then you may need to leave the laptop powered off until the charger is able to charge the battery sufficiently so the laptop can run off the battery. It can sometimes take a while for the battery to charge sufficiently.
