I can easily access mu invoices, but how can I download an iCloud storage invoice?

Everything you've been charged for will appear here: If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support
There isn't an option to download Apple receipts. However, you can use the emails received. From the above article:
1. Search your email for the words “receipt from Apple.”
2. Look for a receipt that matches the amount that you see on your billing statement.
3. On the receipt, see what was purchased and which Apple ID was used.
