Hi,
I just purchased this iPad recently, and I noticed the buttons are acting weird as stated by someone else previously on the follow link:
my volume buttons are switched - Apple Community
I have tried to navigate the controls in settings as outlined but there isn't such an option on my device. I wonder if the option is disabled by apple on OS16.4? Thanks in advance for any replies.

Dynamic volume controls were introduced with release of iPadOS 15.4 onwards. For reasons known only to Apple, the ability to disable this feature in favour of fixed volume controls is not available for any new models of iPad and iPad Pro that have since been launched - these models being:
