Scroll lock on Magic Keyboard
I have an IPad with a Magic Keyboard, how do I switch the scroll lock on/off?

We'll be glad to help you out. If you're referring to disabling scrolling for the trackpad, this wouldn't be possible. You can see the options you're able to change in the following document: Change mouse settings on iPad - Apple Support
