I have a mac mini and when I try to restart in safe mode based on these directions it does not work

When I try to print from Filemaker Pro 19 using Ventura 13.3 my FileMaker program crashes.

Pages and other applications crash when trying to print a document Hello everyone. I have a MacBook Air M1 15.4 (24E248). When I try to print any document or photo, the application either crashes with an error or simply does nothing. The HP Tank 720 printer. Reinstalled the HP Smart app. Reset the printing system. I have added the printer again. Updated the system to the latest one. Nothing helped. I can only print through the HP Smart app. But this is inconvenient and it does not support all files.

Have you updated FileMaker to the latest updates available for Version 19? Also, as of today, Ventura is up to version 13.3.1.
